First Floor Plan

  • Double the amount of Vault space allowing for 100 years of expected growth
  • Larger meeting space to accommodate both small and large meetings without needing to relocate to another space.
  • Singular point of Arrival at Town Clerk: Visitors will no longer arrive at the Zoning Admin or Treasurer’s office before reaching the Town Clerk. This will simplify the visiting experience and reduce confusion.
  • The new plan includes both open meeting spaces for collaborative work as well as private meeting spaces for sensitive discussions.

2nd Floor Plan

  • The upstairs provides much needed storage
  • The rear portion of the upstairs could be fitup for other uses in the future, allowing for easy growth and expansion of town services.
  • Mechanical equipment is located out of the way and doesn’t occupy much needed space on the first floor.

Site Plan

  • Uses Existing town land to save on aquisition costs
  • Phased construction avoids needing temporary town office space
  • Single driveway provides safer vehicle and pedestrian movement onto and through the site.
  • Building Facade aligns with neighboring buildings and replanting of street trees enhances not only our site, but route 2 as well.
